Arriving at a fourth MIDNIGHT RIOT label compilation in little over a year is no mean feat from YAM WHO?s production operation, and the key to their success lies in the diversity of sounds you can include within the overarching theme of nocturnal grooves. YAM WHO? call on some respected names to contribute the next MIDNIGHT RIOT 12" SERIES, including CASERTA and indeed the Boston based producer provides perhaps the best example of a 'nocturnal groove' with his slow burning, beat down house cut "Get Down". The Scandinavians THE GLUE turn out their second cut from VOLUME 4 with the uplifting, hypnotic disco burner 'PINK INK' which is receiving massive DJ feedback. Again from another far-flung corner of the disco globe are the Macedonians MOSAIK who smash it again for MIDNIGHT RIOT with '2 MUCH HEAVEN' a deep slinky Moodymann inspired filtered loop classic. The final cut we bring you Australia's DJ RAW SUGAR with his strongest cut to date, 'SUNROOF TOP' again another Detroit inspired stone cold cosmic groover.
