The concept is simple: Two musicians, one side each. One visual artist, two sides. All exclusive, never before seen or heard. Limited edition 7" vinyl run. No digital. Once it's gone, it's gone. Number 2 in the series features music from Italian producer Katzuma - a hip hop legend and for the past decade one of the country's leading house producers - and French duo Souleance - the combination of Fulgeance and DJ Soulist, bringing fun back into hip hop, disco and more. The artwork is handled by American artist David Ellis, who has collaborated with Blu among others and been exhibited around the world. 'All Night' by Katzuma is a classic slice of house: lush percussions, warm keys, driving groove, inviting voices, wrapped in warm analogue gear. Hands in the air. 'Vacances' by Souleance is more modern but equally driving: chopped up samples, bodily bass, staggered groove. The French touch. The artwork features an explosion on one side (All Night), and intertwined tubes on the other (Vacances). The 7" is packaged in a clear, see-through sleeve with a sticker detailing credits.
