One of edit culture's best success stories of 2013, GU returns with three more startling sonic makeovers. The most shocking rub is his time-twisting take on Scherrie & Susaye's "Love Bug". More a complete remix than an edit, it's highly refreshing. Peter Brown's "Penguin", meanwhile, undergoes a more subtle haircut with emphasis placed heavily on the groove. Idris Muhammed's amazingly-titled "Land Of Lovely Ladies" takes up the entire B-side with a full groove extension that ensures each magical funk element of the original is given full attention. Heavenly.
