Thanks to a long line of releases from the likes of Model Man, Heinrich Dressel, Fred Ventura, Skatebard, Rude 66 and more, Otto Kraanen's Bordello A Parigi label has established itself as a prime outlet for all things saucy and Italo. If there's one producer that encapsulates this spirit to a tee, it's the flamboyant chief of Giallo known as Antoni Maiovvi, so it's great to see him releasing on Bordello A Parigi. The four track Trauma 12" is everything you want from a Maiovvi release, commencing with the dramatic Italo posturing of the title track and the croon-less dub version that ramps up the arpeggiated power. "Sacrilege" will please fans of the more muscular sounding Giallo disco, whilst "An Interface" slows the pace down and turns the heat up!
