New York's Dailysession Records is run by DJ Monchan and the label has fast become a quality outlet for the city's natural love for discofied house music. This time Monchan is accompanied by Trinidadian Deep (Future Vision, Neroli), who delivers two sample-heavy stompers, the second of the two being something of a real body-twister thanks to its classic Salsoul-style bass. Soulcraft's "Blackness" features IE Cinnamon on vocals and is a slightly housier landscape, whereas Monchan himself comes through with a beautiful piano-led piece on his own edit of "Dubby Of Gold".
