Roman in Brooklyn, Danilo Braca continues to pay homage to his new home with the second instalment of his edit series. Tapping deep into the city's tradition, each cut is as authentic and deeply dug as NYC's culture commands. Across the four tracks we're taken through the layers of Braca's make-up (and, most likely, DJ sets): the energetic disco funk of "Excuse Me Sir", the almost Nuyorican twangs of the jazzier "Illas", the hazy disco swoons of "Got Time For Love" and the beautifully psychedelic finale; the pipe-smoking, guitar-twanging cosmic trip that is "Big Foot".
