If you need sweet and sticky pudding to satisfy the most gluttonous palettes in the party, leave it to Dessert Island Discs to bring the three course meal home. They're back with another two pastry chefs well versed in the art of disco glazed delicacies, kicking off with Herb Flavour's full-fat funk rub up "The Real Thing". It's bold and voluptuous and more than a little celebratory. Meanwhile on the flip Ted Empleton gets busy with the honey-coated perfection of Candido's "Jingo" which he re-bakes as a feisty house stomper, "Dingo Jingo". This is some seriously delicious business that will have the masses rubbing their bellies with approval, best believe.
